Tessera of Brandon is a new senior living community located at the intersection of Pauls Drive and Oakfield Drive.

Tessera of Brandon offers a variety of residences for assisted living including studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments ranging in size from 430 –750 square feet. All apartments feature large walk-in closets and have been thoughtfully designed to maximize living spaces and natural light. The residences in the Valeo™ neighborhood have private bathrooms and roll-in showers.
Tessera of Brandon embodies the future of successful aging. It is designed to provide quality supportive assisted living and memory care services that honor your legacy, enhance your wellness and focus on your personal goals by offering whole-person wellness programs, a wide variety of amenities, numerous dining choices and superior customer service. Tessera offers these amenities and services with no large upfront entrance fee. The community’s pricing is based on a monthly service fee and an annual lease, enabling residents to have more flexibility and control over their living situation and finances. Simply put, Tessera is a community where you can continue to live your story, your way.

For residents with memory impairments, our Valeo™ Signature Program is integrated into every aspect. Valeo allows residents to thrive and have meaningful interactions through one-on-one interactions, build relationships with others and grow connections.
Tessera of Brandon is being developed by Pridgen Development, LLC and Lindell Investments, Inc., a joint owner. Lindell is the developer of Tessera of Westchase. Grady Pridgen, CEO of St. Petersburg-based Pridgen Development, brings decades of experience in the development of commercial, office, industrial, retail, multi-family and senior living communities. Tampa-based Lindell Investments was established in 1997 by Carl Lindell Jr., who has invested in and developed commercial and residential real estate for more than 35 years. The company recently has focused on the housing, rental, senior housing and townhomes markets.
The community is managed by Solvere Living, LLC. Solvere Living is providing the vision to bring a standard of excellence to Tessera of Brandon and to meet and exceed the expectations of residents and families. Integrity, transparency and loyalty are the values that form the basis of the management philosophy.
The Solvere team includes highly credentialed executives with proven expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Wellness and Development Services.
The community has a one-time community fee and monthly service fees for assisted living and memory care residences. Tessera offers annual leases with a thirty day termination clause.
A fully refundable, non-interest bearing $1,000 deposit will reserve an apartment while you complete the application process. Once you have completed the application process, you will convert your deposit into an apartment reservation for a specific apartment and begin the move-in process.
